Conor's journey from County Kerry, Ireland, to the bustling streets of New York City began in 2012, following his graduation with a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from University College Cork, Ireland. His passion for construction ignited at a young age, as he apprenticed alongside his father, Michael, learning the intricacies of the plumbing trade during weekends and summer breaks.

Throughout his college years, Conor honed his skills on construction sites and in offices across New York, London, and Ireland. These experiences laid the foundation for his construction management career in New York City, where he garnered invaluable insights while working for subcontractors and general contractors alike. In 2022, Conor embarked on a new chapter, founding Dualcore Construction Management.

With a wealth of experience under his belt, Conor has led notable projects, including a prestigious 48-story hotel in midtown Manhattan, where he served as the Senior Project Manager, overseeing every phase of construction from foundation to TCO completion over a span of three years.

Beyond the construction site, Conor's passion for Gaelic Football shines through as he continues to play with the Manhattan Gaels in New York. He also embraces an active lifestyle, participating in numerous New York Road Runners events and completing three New York City marathons to date. Looking ahead, Conor eagerly anticipates running again in 2024, embodying his commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
