Conor Moran - Principal
Conor Moran is the founder and principal of Dualcore Construction Management. Originally from County Kerry, Ireland, Conor’s education in construction began at a young age working alongside his father, Michael — a plumbing contractor — where he developed a deep respect for craftsmanship, precision, and accountability, values that continue to define his leadership today.
While studying Civil & Environmental Engineering at University College Cork, Conor spent his summers working on construction sites and in offices across New York, London, and Ireland — gaining early exposure to both field operations and project coordination. After graduating in 2012, he relocated permanently to New York City and went on to build his career across both subcontracting and general contracting roles.
Before founding Dualcore, Conor served as both Project Manager and Superintendent on a 74-unit, 20-story luxury condominium project in East Midtown — gaining deep field-level supervision and high-end residential turnover experience. He then went on to serve as Senior Project Manager on a 48-story ground-up hotel project in Midtown Manhattan, overseeing the full lifecycle from foundation through TCO — an experience that cemented his ability to manage large-scale, high-stakes projects with precision and control.
He holds multiple high-level licenses with the NYC Department of Buildings — including Licensed Construction Superintendent and Licensed Site Safety Manager — qualifications that allow him to personally serve as the responsible party of record on major projects, a distinction earned only through extensive technical and regulatory expertise.
Conor founded Dualcore Construction Management in 2022 to deliver institutional-grade execution with the agility, accountability, and owner mentality of a founder-led firm — and is proud to see its continued growth as more owners, investors, and developers trust Dualcore to deliver their projects.
Outside of construction, Conor is an active marathon runner, Gaelic football player, and founder of a New York–based golf society for like-minded friends and professionals — a reflection of the discipline, perseverance, and relationship-driven approach he brings to every client partnership.
