At 159 Madison Avenue, we undertook a comprehensive apartment renovation that exemplifies our commitment to excellence. This project encompassed a full gut renovation, where we replaced the electrical and plumbing systems to ensure modern functionality and safety standards. Our five-story vertical expansion project is currently underway in East Harlem, turning a single-story commercial garage into a dynamic mixed-use development. The new design preserves the ground floor for commercial use, while adding six stylish residential apartments on the upper floors. As the construction manager, Dualcore is responsible for coordinating every detail—from demolition and new structure to plumbing, electrical, mechanical and all interior finishes. With completion anticipated for Spring 2025, this project will bring new life and functionality to the neighborhood, creating a space that serves both business and residential needs. 

We are currently hard at work on our latest luxury apartment renovation in this landmark building on Hudson Street in downtown Manhattan. Our comprehensive scope for this project involves a complete overhaul of the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to bring the apartment up to modern standards. Additionally, our team of skilled carpenters are installing new drywall interior finishes and replacing the windows with custom replicas that match the historical design of the building. The project also includes the installation of large, custom-crafted millwork doors and high-end Corian bathroom panels and fixtures, ensuring that the renovated space embodies both elegance and historic charm.

All and Sundry is a charming bar nestled near Columbus Circle in New York City. It's a delightful cocktail bar and bistro with a touch of elegance, featuring stylish decor, live jazz performances, and vibrant DJ nights. Dualcore Construction Management stepped in toward the project's final stages, taking on the responsibility of managing building permits, completing the remaining NYC DOB inspections, and ultimately securing a Certificate of Occupancy for the owners. We ensured a smooth and efficient process, allowing All and Sundry to continue to serve its valuable patrons in this vibrant new venue in the heart of the city. 

We're not just limited to projects in New York City—we're also remodeling an apartment at the Hudson Club condominium complex in the town of West New York, New Jersey. To ensure our client's satisfaction, we started by creating 3D renderings, offering a realistic preview of the final design. This technology allows us to refine details before construction even begins. In this project, we're installing a completely new kitchen, a modern bathroom with updated fixtures, and new flooring throughout the apartment. Additionally, we're incorporating custom millwork, trim, and high-quality finishes to give the space a fresh and stylish look. Situated in Brooklyn, 151 Quincy Street stands tall as a boutique 10-unit condominium building. Dualcore Construction Management took on the responsibility of evaluating the property and delivering a comprehensive repair estimate for the condo board. As part of our consulting and pre-construction services, Dualcore actively engaged in multiple meetings with the Condo Board. During these sessions, we meticulously reviewed the necessary repair work across the building and furnished the board with detailed budget estimates and proposed schedules.
