Multifamily Repositioning & Capital Improvement Project
Dualcore completed the interior scope of a multi-phase repositioning at 156 2nd Avenue — upgrading 26 units in this 31-unit building with fully modernized interiors, new building systems, and fully renovated common areas while the property remained partially occupied. Included in this project, we poured a new 2,000+ sq. ft. cellar slab to create a new electrical room, tenant trash room, and dedicated storage areas.
